Edmund Bosley is excommunicated for breaking his covenant to loan money to print the revelations. Isaac Bishop to confess speaking evil of leaders.

Bosley charged: covenant breaking E. Bosleys case Charge for unchristianlike conduct in breaking a certain sacred covenant made Sept. 24th [4th], 1834  
Joseph instructs on covenants President J. Smith Junr. addressed the council in points of duty such as observing covenants &c.  
Joseph testifies of Bosley's covenant President Smith testified to the truth of the above covenant,  
Oliver wrote the covenant

Bosley promised to consecrate
  President O. Cowdery testified that he himself framed the above Covenant, and that at the time, Elder E. Bosley said that he had a witness that it was the will of the Lord that he should consecrate the oversurplus of what would be for his and his familys support.  
Whitney: Bosley promised to loan money to print revelations   Bishop N. K. Whitney stated that Elder Bosley agreed to let President J. Smith Junr. & others have money on loan, for the printing of the Revelations, if he could control his property in one year, or as soon as he obtained it.  
Guilty, excommunicated Decided that Elder E. Bosley broke the covenant which he made Sept. 4th 1834, therefore he is not a member of this church, unless he make satisfaction to those whom he injured.

Isaac Bishop spoke evil of leaders

John Corrill and Sidney Rigdon testify
Isaac H. Bishop is complained of as having spoken evil of dignities: Whereas Michael the Archangel, durst not bring a railing accusation against the Devil, Who said that the High Council had the wrong tree to bark up. Brother J. M. Corrill states that he heard I. Bishop say the council had barked up the wrong tree. President Rigdon says that brother Spaorer [?] says the same thing that J. M. Corrill did. Also Isaac H. Bishop was complained of as having spoken evil of the High Council by saying that "the High Council had the wrong tree to bark up, which [237] was testified to by J. M. Corrill, President Rigdon and others.

Cursed This curse shall be upon them. The hand of the Lord shall be upon them, until they repent in sackcloth and ashes, and shall touch their [them or omitted word] unless they repent.
